Fooling Themselves

Today we are taking a slight detour from our talks on gut health, although not completely unrelated since that does greatly influence today’s topic, the female reproductive system. In fact, most people are fooling themselves about the relationships between the health of the body’s interconnected systems. I cover this in greater detail in our powerful and in-depth trainings on the Endocrine System, but today I want to address this from another angle. This blog comes about really from outrage at the misinformation continually being put out as "expert" information on the internet.  (On a lighter note, please see the car insurance commercial posted in "On Google, Guessing, and Being Gullible")  And, while it is a "soapbox" for me, it could be life-saving for you and/or the women in your life. For that reason, I will step on up on the soapbox today without hesitation and without apology. As we visit today, keep this in the front of your mind: To separate Truth from Love is to have neither, for...

Which Will You Choose: Summit or Submission?

We wrapped up our last visit observing John’s reverence for God, for Jesus, and for his calling which released the faith to complete his assignment. When John asked, "Are you the One or shall we look for another?" He did not doubt; he wasn’t in fear; Jesus’ response is what indicates to us that John was in faith. John was asking Jesus to confirm if he was seeing correctly the time of the Kingdom. He had an assignment to prepare the way of The Lord. Because Love asked. John understood the assignment and knew the privileged role he had in it. In fact, John himself had prophesied: He must increase and I must decrease. Like God knew of Abraham, He knew of John, that John would see the finished work by faith and be faithful to complete his race, no matter the cost. He was born in the spirit of Elijah to do just that. Recently, Love asked me to climb Mt Kilimanjaro. Our team of partners and I...

Honor: Are You The One? Or Shall We Look for Another?

In the past series of blogs, we’ve been visiting on the Biblical truths in 1 Samuel 2:30 where God, The Father spoke, "for them that honor me I will honor, and they that despise me shall be lightly esteemed." God honors those who honor Him. We’ve seen that another word for this honor is REVERENCE or "to revere". But what does that really look like? How do we do that, show reverence to God? We’ve seen examples of actions and attitudes that are not reverence, as when "the disciples were still afraid, slowly coming to grips with what they had seen. Disciples (to one another): Who is this Jesus? How can it be that He has power over even the wind and the waves?" (Mark 4:41 The Voice) And these boys in the boat weren’t the only ones still growing in faith. The Scriptures say in John 7:31 that "many of the people believed on him," but in the very same verse they said, "When Christ cometh, will he...

Reverence Not Resistance

Reverence ~ Not Resistance ~ releases the faith to receive. ‘Reverence for His provision and opened eyes to see it.’  Did you Selah on that after our last visit? Let’s pick back up on the boys in the boat who asked, "Who is this?" Jesus had a question for them, too: "How is it you have no faith?" We are going to take up that question in the course of this blog series ~ I already know that because it kind of unfolded from end to beginning ~ just like our lives have, come to think of it. But for this post, I am tugged on more in this post by the oddness of the people’s reaction to Jesus than I am about the question of having no faith. Let’s acknowledge the odd things shall we? Like, how long had these Jewish boys waited for, learned of, believed in The Messiah to come? For centuries, the hope of the coming Messiah was shared from generation to generation. Every Jewish...

Open The Eyes Of My Heart

Reverence Is What Releases The Faith To Receive. Did you Selah? Stop and think about that after our last visit? We are going to pick back up with the boys in the boat, but first, let’s delve into our lives a bit deeper, shall we?   REVERENCE is what releases the faith to receive. We were talking about the disciples asking, "Who is this?" Even after traveling with Jesus for some time, even after seeing miracles. We were observing the people in Nazareth who essentially said the same thing… "Who is this man?" We are investigating why they couldn’t see who he was in Nazareth nor could they grasp it in the boat in the midst of the storm. But can we stop and ask ourselves why we do not see what is often in our lives by the same magnitude of divine direction? Let’s ask ourselves, again, "Is there someone who is in your life, divinely by the hand of God but perhaps familiar or seemingly common to...
